Parent is in severe financial stress - need advice

I am in my mid 30's. Have a decent amount of savings, roughly 6 figures, which I am planning on using to buy a house in Dublin - first time buyer.

My mother is in severe financial hardship and suffering significantly with stress. Currently not working but receives a pension from overseas [my deceased fathers] plus other social welfare payments that equates to around 2K per month. She has approx. 80K left in the mortgage. Going back to work is currently not an option plus if she does work, she will be taxed significantly due to the generous overseas pension she receives.

Due to mortgage repayments, and other monthly recurring bills, she just about breakevens although if anything out of the ordinary pops up, she goes into the negative. Currently has 0 savings, very much living penny to penny.

This kills me to watch and seeing her struggle so much after spending so much money on rearing myself and my siblings is emotionally taxing.

I am at a loss as to what to do. I have gifted her money on ad hoc basis's to help but it's an ongoing challenge.

What would you do in my situation? Is there any financial support or mechanisms she could avail of that maybe we haven't considered? Is there anything I can do to help relieve the financial pressure without hindering my ability to successfully get a mortgage.

Note that she has remortgaged the house once before.

I will talk to a financial advisor also but wanted to reach out to the reddit community to see if others have been in similar situations and what you might have done.
