Best savings account ?

Hi.

For the past two years I have been living in Spain on quite a low salary, and have only been able to save about €4,500. I am soon to move back to Dublin (where I will probably live with my parents, unfortunately), to start a new job where I will be earning roughly €2,700 a month. My expenses will be relatively low, and I'm hopeful that I can put aside as much money as possible. What is the best savings account option that is available to me? I am 24, and am desperate to save as much money as possible so as to be able to afford a masters abroad and leave Dublin. Should I consider investing?
