Buff Ingot Drop Rates Please

Got pretty lucky at Duke getting 4 ingots before the Vestige at 516 KC. Then, only got 5 out of 11 expected unique table rolls getting the Venator Vestige at 1,064 KC. Needing two more ingots decided to go to Whisperer for them and end up getting 1 more ingot around 190 KC, Vestige at 250 KC, and the 3rd ingot I initially set out for at 253 KC. Now I have a third vestige with 0 of the required 3 ingots. While I personally haven't been a huge fan of the new Vestige drop mechanic, the ingot combination sucks a bit for us irons. It would be nice if the number required were reduced or the drop rates were made more common. Not the end of the world I guess, but it just seems silly in addition to the DK ring, we need a rather rare Vestige drop along with equally as rare 3 ingots per ring to actually be able to make the new rings.
