Barrows 100KC No Loot Help pls

The reason for this post is just to ask if there’s something in meant to have done beforehand to allow me to get an item?

Obviously this isn’t the worst dry streak, but I’m genuinely concerned because I haven’t got a single one, so I’m just wondering if I’m needing to have spoken to someone in game to unlock it?
