A Destination Istanbul Wedding

Hey everyone, I know you all probably see this topic come up so often but I require some help with a wedding party I am trying to host in Istanbul.

Some back story: In 2019, I visited Istanbul for the first time and absolutely fell in love. Forward to now, I decided that I want to get married in Istanbul come August '22.

My fiancée and I are both from America so we will be doing the legal marriage here but we wanted to do the religious ceremony in Istanbul (specifically Ortaköy Mosque/Büyük Mecidiye Camii). Is there anything that we need to be aware of in terms of this process and who would we need to contact in order to set this up?

Next, we also thought it would be nice to host whatever family decided to come with a nice, scenic, intimate and especially delicious dinner. But in our looking for places to host approx. 50-60 people we've come across issues with venues where the minimum required amount of guests is anywhere from 100-300 people. And then any place that accepts a low number will be charging a quite hefty price in Euros. So I turn to you all, any recommendations for where we could host a group of that size for an intimate private dinner? I've been looking at someone on the Bosphorus but I feel as if it'd difficult to find that. The requirements aren't massive beyond something outdoor, private, and scenic.

We've tried a wedding planner but are not really getting any responses.
