Gas prices went up

Did anyone else notice how gas went up a couple of days ago? I’ve only owned a car for about 4 months now so I’m fairly new to buying gas. The highest I’ve ever seen it in my area is $3.19 (regular gas btw) and now it’s $3.29. Has it ever been that high before or am I just new to this
