Question for Antwon who knows about the dmr.

This is my 2nd paycheck from JJ as a driver, I didn’t pay attention to my last check because I assumed that everything was correct. This check I work 2 weeks straight because we lost a driver so I pick up all the hours to help out..long story short is I got paid and notice that they didn’t pay me for my dmr, even though it was listed. I told the manager about it and he said that if you make too much tips you don’t get paid the dmr, which sound kinda odd to me. So I’m Turing to you to verify if that is true..
