how long is too long?

ive been at my job for 2 years now and im just wondering when will it become weird or “bad” to still be there?

im 23, i work in a cafe in a tourist attraction, and i absolutely love my job. but due to the nature of my job ive seen a lot of people come and go, there are still a few people who have been there similar times/longer than me but is there a time i should think about leaving?

i havent thought about quitting, and i currently dont have a “career” in mind, so there are no studies i want to do. of course when or if i become unhappy or i decide to do some studies i may leave or drop hours, but lets say i stay for another couple years, is that bad? like being 26 working in a cafe? 30? working with younger people? im just worrying im holding myself back. from what, i dont know!
