Would it be appropriate to email this to hiring manager before interview

UPDATE:

It worked! I have a final interview with the CEO next week!

——————

I made a binder that is totally beautiful for my second interview coming up with the Chief People Officer. It’s for a Director of training & development position.

It consists of:

-an introduction letter

-a 30/60/90 day action plan high level overview

-data from feedback I’ve received from trainings I’ve designed and facilitated

-a link to an elearning module I created specifically for this interview to show my instructional design skills

-a report from visiting one of their retail locations with observations I’ve made and recommendations from a training standpoint

-letters of recommendation from previous bosses

-an award I received from the ceo of the last company I worked for

-cover letter and resume

I really want to send this a few days before the interview so that we can dig deeper into questions she has about the content, so less time is wasted reviewing the binder in person, and also make her excited to interview me. Would that be appropriate?

The HR generalist said on the first interview that I should send over training materials I’ve created, so I want to send this all together.
