Support re false information

Hi all. I recently passed the qualification and received the bonus payment for it but then saw on my dashboard that the name on my PayPal didn’t match the name on my Stellar account. This is 100% false. I emailed [email protected] but haven’t heard back yet. Has this happened to anyone else? It just seems a little suspicious that my Paypal info was all verified and I received payment for them to suddenly say oh yeah things don’t match. I’m frustrated as I worked hard to pass this qualification.
