Dragon ball z Kakarot glitch

Has anyone encountered a glitch in the story where after you beat majin vegeta, it goes to story telling and then Goku in free roam but the dialogue is blocking him and preventing you from pausing? It’s a part where the story dialogue pops up and explains things that isn’t shown in the game itself. I’ve encountered it 3 times and wonder if anyone has had that problem
