Looking for a kitchen.

I know I've posted here a few times about personal restaurant ideas I have. While Id love to do any or all of them, that's more of a 5 year plan. So in the meantime I am looking to see if anyone here is looking for a career driven, award winning (won awards in a different state), highly competitive and crrative chef, that focus on bold slap you in your face flavor in their kitchen. I have a obsession with food coming out of my kitchen is talked about, and ranked at the top of the town. Heck this could even become a partnership and we try and build a restaurant group that takes over the city, who knows 🤷♂️.
Places I've managed run extremely good food cost between 15-25%, without cutting corners. I've ran kitchens that do $15 million in sales a year, and am currently running a banquet kitchen that does that right now, with a 16% food cost. While I enjoy where I'm working as it pays the bills, banquets isn't my passion. I am a much better restaurant chef, and it's where I truly thrive. Pictures are of food I have put out in businesses or just me playing around at home. But would love to chat with anyone who is looking for a chef.
I know this is probably a long shot, but I'm just not seeing anything on the job sites, as it all seems to be for chains, or hotels. So I'm thinking maybe I can talk to someone here, and we can maybe sit down and discuss what see and have heard that can be a very successful concepts.
