Can I wear this to school?

I went to a concert recently and I got merch and I want to wear it but heres the thing. The pill kinda looks like a drug and around my school theres a large drug/vape problem going around and I used to be kinda involved since i had old friends that did it n i looked at the school dress code but it doesnt mention anything about having anything like that but i dont want people to give me weird looks
