How much cheese is *really* allowed on keto?

So I’m only a week in keto and i’m still trying to get my head around how it all works and something i can’t seem to grasp is the concept…of cheese. Like am I really allowed to eat all the cheese I want? (Obviously in humanly limits, I don’t eat it on its own just put it on a lot of stuff) Like it seems a little too good to be true but I’m absolutely fitting my macros and even with all the cheese, i’m going over my fats somedays but staying below 35g of carbs and within my calories, so is this enough or should i try to limit my cheese intake?
