first 36kg snatches
Gym in disarray, got a new mat and doing some organizing. Snatched a 32 the other night for the first time in (????) awhile. Don’t think I’ve put anything heavier than 28 overhead since I broke my ribs save for the other night.
The 32 felt super heavy the other night but I’m feeling pretty charged up this morning. 36 went up without any trouble. Good to know that what I’m doing is working lol.
