Recommendations please: KB deadlift
I've got a 32 and 40kg bell and am considering working in some deadlifts (offset weight) with these. At some point I want to start deadlifting heavier weights with a barbell, so I'm just looking to build some technique and strength in this lift.
Strengthwise, I can confindently swing the 40kg, and deadlifting both feels moderately heavy but very doable.
Is there a program or some rep schemes somewhere or that someone can recommend?
