Trying for a good Kinich team/rotation. What is recommended for most comfortable?

For context: My Kinich is C4R1, the rest of my supports are C0 unless they're 4 stars. None of them have Signatures or better 5 star weapons. (Except Bennett and Ororon, gave them standard 5s)

I've been trying to maximise his damage since I pulled for him lol, but I'm struggling to deal consistent damage with each rotation. One time I can be dealing 600K in abyss, the next it's 300K with exact same rotation (or so I think), so I realised I'm having a pretty hard time stacking all the buffs correctly all the time.

I don't have Emilie, I've been using Deepwood Dehya. Bennett, of course, but the last slot is still difficult for me to consider. I've used Xilonen solely only for her second ascension passive (allowing him to deal massive damage without waiting for the second stupid Nightsoul Burst) and/or Ororon for Scroll, but I have a hard time getting the Scroll buff due to Kinich being the only Dendro applicator.

I tried Deepwood Furina for the fourth member, it was just more inconsistent. Pyro Traveler doesn't count as a Natlan character, and so I'm back to my Nightsoul Burst problem. Xiangling doesn't do much in Burning and Burgeon is inconsistent for his Sig Weapon, and I'd rather use her with another team.

I'm starting to think it's a skill issue, so I'm seeking help from more experienced players haha. I've recently pulled Mauvika just for him, and am planning to run her with Scroll. I'm thinking of placing her in a team like: Kinich / Mauvika / Bennett / a Deepwood Dendro like Yaoyao or Nahida just for the external Dendro application + Deepwood.
