So uh, I got MY first hate train

So, in my local kpop fandom community there are twitter fanbases where we post all about fandoms thingy, like releases, news, and all things related.

Some fanbase acc are group specific, and some are kpop in general (can includes all fandom as long as it's kpop).

I don't follow such fanbases, but it sometimes appear in my twitter fyp and I will engage if it's fandom I am in and it pique my interest.

In one of a post is a new Sung Hanbin stan (I been into ZeroBaseOne a while ago) someone ask about Hanbin. I was in the middle of procrastinating my work (not a good example, kids!) and without thinking, I replied to it (slide 1).

DISCLAIMER: I am mostly neutral about shipping. Like, sometimes I ship idols for fun but I am aware that we don't know them off-camera and we have no ide about what idols' relationship behind the screen. This comment is more of a joke, and if anything it was intended to be a jab to Hanbin/Zhang Hao being a huge pairing in ZB1 fandom. And plus, it was not unusual to the followers to qrt the fanbase's tweets about opposite-sex idols pairings.

However, I got hella notifications and lo and behold, all of them are QRTs.

And it's twt users being absolutely civil, and cutesy, and demure. Look at the nice things they said to me (slide 2) (note: I am about to use auto translation but as it was mostly curse words in my native language, it does not translate well to English, so I try to translate it myself to give more nuance to what these users says.)

It takes me a while to process that because, jesus christ. Like, damn, you all say those words and kiss your mom with that mouth? Well, let me rephrase: damn, you all type those words and hug your mom with that hands?

I don't get what guaranteed such responses bc like, it is not like I post a gay p*rn fanarts of the idol in question or saying anything sexually charged?

I actually replies to some of them, nothing as expletive, trust me. But enough to make them acknowledge like, I can read what you type, bro.

Weirdly enough, more than anything this kinda makes me even more appreciative of idols as a profession. Bc getting such stream of words my way is trippy enough, I can't imagine what it is like for idols to get through worse insults and curse words daily.
