Y'all better give some help

So I have a laptop that downloads things slow as fuck, I think it's not the wifi that's the problem cuz it's actually pretty good I mean it can normaly ran 200 - 400 mbs. I think I need a new wifi card so do y'all have any suggestions? Or maybe I just forgot to update the wifi card drivers
