Laptop for 9 year old

Hi,

Im going to be shopping for a budget laptop for my 9yo as a Christmas present, but I am not very knowledgable.

She would mainly use it for school stuff and games. Roblox is her favorite game to play on her tablet, but it doesnt run very well on the tablet.

What size storage and ram do you think would be best for roblox? She mainly enjoys playing but has mentioned she may want to try creating her own games as well(which i think may be a seperate roblox program?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im trying to keep the laptop betwern $200-400 if possible, but also dont want to hamstring her with the ram. Willing to spend a little more if i have to.
