Will bleach get spray paint off a shirt?

i have a %100 cotton white t-shirt that has a spray painted design on it, it has some stains so i wanted to bleach it to hopefully get the stains out and brighten it, but i don't wanna ruin the spray paint design.. Will bleach ruin the spray painted design ?
