HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THIS DRESS

Hey everyone I bought this dress recently and the inner lining is a little crinkled, I need tips on how to smoothen it out. (i dont have a steam iron btw) and can i get some cleaning tips for dresses like these? (have never done hand washing in my life, so i need the tips to be step by step) Please let me know at the earliest! tyy
