majors in college

Hello! I’m a sophomore majoring in Homeland Security with minors in Political Science and Law Philosophy. I chose this major because I genuinely enjoy the classes, have a strong interest in the subject, and find the research aspect helpfully.

I know that, ultimately, GPA matters more than the specific major, but I’m curious if anyone else has pursued a non-Political Science major in college. Sometimes, I question whether I made the right choice, especially since my GPA might not be the highest when I graduate. I realize I’ll need a strong LSAT score since I’m aiming for a T-14 law school.

All of this research and planning feels a bit overwhelming, but I’ve finally decided that I want to go to law school. It’s exciting, but it definitely seems like a long road ahead.
