Why can't coaches coach during the games?

I am 50, watched many sports in my day
Been playing off and on since Lucian was released
I am terrible at the game, been as high as Silver, tried ranked again recently and am in iron 2... Yes there are real people that bad.
I do enjoy watching pro play, yes I suck but I get the game enough to know what's happening... Yet in comparison to all the other sports I've ever watched... The coaches are always allowed to coach during the games. Why is it so different in LoL?
Some clarification, they would sit with the players, have their own game client, and share the same fog of war their team has... They would take over all shotcalling and the players could just focus on their rolls.
