New to ranked, horrible experience.

I have 2 main issues that have made my ranked experience horrible.

1. Opponents on the other team ALWAYS, and I am not being hyperbolic here, they ALWAYS have a higher rank than our team, sometimes by a long shot, sometimes by a player but my team has NEVER(literally 0% of my games) had an advantage when it comes to ranks.
2. One of the other lanes or even both other lanes will be 0/8/2 at 16mins.

I have played 61 ranked games with a winrate of 51%. I play duo bot with a friend of mine and out of the 61 games, there's only been 3-4 games where we've been outmatched in our lane and even with constant ganks making the lane 3v2 we at least manage to keep the lane even(Which in turn helps the rest of the team). But after some big win streaks the last 10 games have been Hell. It's always the same reasons listed above and it's made the game unplayable, winning the lane every single game and losing anyways.

I would really appreciate if I could get feedback on your guys' experiences, if this is normal and if I can do anything to progress.TL;DR We win lane 93% of the games but stuck at a 51% winrate because of other lanes.

Edit to add: My friend and I both agree that our last 10 games have been the exact same, almost as if the game wants us to lose. Same types of people saying the same things in chat and losing their lane again and again.

Edit #2: Very weird that I have to say this but I will NOT provide personal information such as my last name to a public forum that houses hundreds, if not thousands, of weirdos and creeps. The people pressing on to make me say my IGN when I told you it has personal information and explained why I won't be sharing it are out of line.
