Have a problem undertanding pseudocode

My teacher send me a specification of a problem in pseudcode (https://imgur.com/a/Xh3KAXz).

Mi job is to make a program in python that fulfills the specification.

I understand the symbols but I can´t make a mental picture of what the pseudocode is saying. It´s suppose to be some kind of partition.

I need help to translate the pseudocode in something I can understand
