This is a terrible country to live in

Not take away from all the horror that's happening in the south, and what happened in Beirut, as this post is not related to that but you'd think people would be kinder to each other after everything we've all been through! But no!

I was parking my bike in Ashrafieh tonight, and 2 assholes on a bike parked in front of me, one of them pulled out a gun and pointed it at me. They stole the bike, and I had my wallet in the trunk. Sadly I wasn't able to identify anyone because it was dark, but yeah.

I literally had just gotten the bike and the papers arrived today, thank God they weren't in the bike though. I immediately went to the police and filed, at this point just because I want to be able to get a new set of my ID, and driver's license.

I don't expect to get my bike back, but maybe this'll help people be more aware of what's happening, and be more cautious. This happened at around 8 PM.

Believe me, I cannot wait to get the hell out of here.
