Is my car a lemon- Va

I bought the used vehicle 11/9/2024.

The fuel pump/filler neck was broken. The extended warranty company is refusing to pay for it. the car went to the dealership 11/18/24.

I haven't asked the reason for delay, before Christmas I said forget the warranty company and please fix it. They said they had to order the parts.

It's now 2025, the dealership keeps telling me it will be ready in an hour and they'll call me, and they don't call me, and then they call me days later saying the same thing.

It's now 2025 way over 30 days at the dealership and no one will explain what's wrong and I can't get them to fix it lol.

What do I do now? I have a loaner, but when I do get the car back, if I ever do, I don't want it back. Clearly something is wrong
