How to collect if you win in small claims court.

This is somewhat of an update on a previous post (https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvicecanada/comments/10jo34v/how_to_report_a_businessproprietor/)

My friends paralegal finally found the contractor after chasing down multiple false addresses. In digging into this they found out this guy has a pretty long history of using different company names and addresses (both company and personal).

Assuming they are successful in small claims what steps can my friend take to ensure they can collect what is owed?
