I am getting jump scared at work multiple times per shift.

At work, my coworkers have found out I get frightened extremely easily (sudden loud noises mainly cause me to jump and scream). At first, it only happened maybe once a week that they would purposely scare me, but the amount has escalated to multiple times per shift. As a result, I am anxious to go to work, and when I panic, my first instinct is to defend myself by throwing objects at me (generally I am catch myself and said object is either not thrown, dropped, or thrown in a manner that would not cause any harm I.e., opposite direction from their position.

My main question is, what would occur if said objects came in contact with someone? Particularly the one who purposely jump scare me?

Note: there are cameras at my work that record evidence of all this
