Lego marvel superheroes 2 gwenpool mission 4 not unlocking

I've completed Howard the Duck's and Forbush Man's quests but the gwenpool mission hasn't unlocked. I've also completed everything else I can on the entire map and it still hasn't unlocked. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or if I've missed something important.
