Testicular relapse?

Hi all! I was wondering what those of you who had a testicular relapse, what your symptoms were like? I’m 13 months out from transplant and my right testicle has a dull ache to it, I’ll message my doctor about it on Monday. What was the course of treatment for the testicular relapse? It’s hard I don’t want another BMT but will do if I have to.
