Ph+ fertility question

22m PH+ b cell ALL, did cryo preservation at time of diagnosis about three days before I started induction. I'm infertile now so having a child naturally is probably out of the question, but I am a little concerned about IVF. I know PH+ is due to the chromosomal trans-relocation of my 9 and 22 chromosomes breaking off and reattaching to one another creating the Philadelphia gene. Would the sperm I have frozen also have that same fault? I'm having a hard time finding any data on the matter and I wouldn't want to bring a child into the world with this same disease causing mutation, or an increased propensity to develop this leukemia. If anyone has experience or knowledge in the matter I would really appreciate it!
