Question going from 5 to 10?

Hi everyone. So I been on 5 mg for a little over a month and noticed no relief. I then went up to 10 (has been a week now of being on 10) and still haven't felt a change. My main problem is health anxiety. I know everyone says 6-8 weeks to have the full effect so do I expect to see a difference 6-8 weeks from starting the 10? (That may sound confusing) I see people on here saying they have relief after a week or a couple days and it's making me lose hope😭
