Question about the tallest building in the world

I’m considering leasing an office in the Big Blue Buidling in Lexington. Anyone work there or have insight on it? I’ve toured the space, but there are always things you miss—like parking, elevators, HVAC issues, etc. Any feedback from current or past tenants?
