Comfortable shoes

What are some of the comfortable shoes, both formal and casual to keep your feet at ease. I have an office job and especially the lower front part of my foot (not sure what it is called) feels so tired at the end of the day. I have tried so many different shoes but cant get something which will solve this problem. Please help me.
