Is my Account gone?

I was login in my Line account in a new phone because I thought you could access you account in 2 phones.

When I had logged in, the app in my old phone kept popping up a message that my device is now unusable and that I coudl only close this message or delete my data. It kept popping up no matter what I did. I didn't want to lose the account on my old phone even though I have already logged into my new second phone.

So I uninstalled Line on my new phone, hoping the messages would resolve, it didnt.

Now even if I did re-install Line on my new phone, I would be able to use the Qr Code because Line on my old phone kept popping up that "delete data message".

So I uninstalled my Line on my old phone, to see if it just needed a reset. Now I can't log into my account because neither app on both phones have access.

Earlier as well, when I transfered the account to my 2nd phone, I noticed my old phone number was still registered and I could not change it into my current phone number for some reason so now logging in with phone number won't work since that old number is gone.

I have my chats backed up using my gmail account, which I used to restore the chats on the new device, but somehow that does not mean I linked my google account? So I can't log in using google as well?

Even using the account log in, using the originally registered email address and password into the PC app, I was not able to log in because it required me to log in my smartphone app and change a setting.

I already submitted a inquiry form but looking at things, It feels like they would'nt be able to help me since the problem is not in their general help page.
