Need insight

I’m 10dpo today. I got 2 positives on the brand wondofo yesterday at (9dpo). I took 4 test this morning when I noticed they all came out negative. I decided to open a new test from the package and seen it already had indents on both the test and control line. What’s yall intake on this thank yall in advance!!
