Confused and anxious

Hi everyone ! I am a little anxious right now and I feel like going to emergency would relieve my anxiety even if I hear a negative news , these test have been the last 3 test I’ve taken after a missed period which was march 8. The last digital exam was today and it rise my anxiety couldn’t sleep after it . I did have previous “ Yes “ on a digital last week so I don’t know if this is the start of a miscarriage? This would be my second loss
