What are your favourite 'interactive' restaurants/cuisines in London?

My gf and I really enjoy eating at restaurants where you are involved in some way (e.g. KBBQ, Yakiniku, Hotpot, Rodizio) and were wondering if people had any favourites in London.

It doesn't have to be interactive in the sense of cooking it yourself, so including things like Rodizio bbq with the red/green card.
