Looking to rent/borrow a pop up tent

This weekend, we are bringing over 20 high school sailors to Long Beach to compete in a national event called the Rose Bowl Regatta at Granada Beach.

Since we are traveling by air, bringing some shade with us is tough, so we are hoping there may be some locals who might have a 10x10 pop up, or 2, sitting around that we can use/rent for Sat and Sun?

We can stow it safely Sat night. We were told 10x10 is the max size per Long Beach rules.

Our organization is called Olympia Community Sailing.

This will be our 14th rose bowl appearance and in years past we had a supporting family in the area that stowed things for us, but they have moved away.
