Problems with bonnet
Hello everyone, I bought a bonnet similar to that in the picture. I have used it for a few days now. I stays in place, it feels comfortable and my hair overall feels nicer. BUT I have a major problem. Normally when I wake up in the morning my hair is ready for the day. I have straight thick long hair and I wash it two to three times a week because it doesn't get oily/greasy quickly. But with the bonnet the hair directly next to my forehead looks really flat. It will just lay there like the bonnet it still on and it looks a bit greasy. I think the reason is that the elastic band of the bonnet is applying pressure in that area. But if I try to put the elastic band lower on my forehead, the bonnet will not stay in place (and I doubt that is will be good for my skin). Do you have any advice? I would love to continue using the bonnet but this problem makes my daily life worse that without it even though the rest of my hair will probably benefit from the use of a bonnet.
