Exercise when working a 9-5?

I cannot for the life of me think about working out. How do you other 9-5ers fit working out into your schedule? I'm trying to curb the exhaustion partially by taking iron pills because I'm anemic, but I need to lose about 25-30 pounds to get to my goal weight and can't see that happening without exercise.

Edit: This kinda blew up! I'll say to everyone: I think the best option based on all the comments is to do something light AFTER I get home from work and not before. I just can't see myself doing a 30 min workout before a 1 hr 30 min commute (to those who asked: its on transit). At least after I can do it and knock out at home if it's after 5. And to everyone who says it's excessive: it's actually quite common here. But thanks for all the input!! Also to the moms in the comments you're killing it.

edit 2: wow this blew up even more overnight. just to address one of the more common remarks... I cannot quit. Just landed the job and it's my only real shot at a decent career. I will say though, the 2 hour ready time comments have me dying of laughter. Maybe I should reconsider.
