Question on body recomp/losing weight
I've been going to the gym for a consistent 2 months 5x a week using the PPL x Arnold split (I have gone 4 months in a row last year but I stopped due to school). But I feel like I need to drop some serious weight as I'm 19 years old 5'7 260 (117kg). This might be useless information but my current PR's are (S: 315 B: 185 D: 355). I haven't been tracking my calories and macros but I'm willing to start now. I have accepted that muscle loss is inevitable on my part, but I just want to look normal for once. So that being said here are my questions:
- What should my target weight be
- How much should my deficit be
- What should my protein intake be
- Should I include cardio everyday
- How do I combat my appetite and hunger pangs
