MacBook Pro M3 14 in not fast charging

Just bought a MacBook Pro M3 14 in to replace my MacBook Pro 2017 that finally crapped the bed. I’ve seen on multiple sites and on Apple’s site that you can fast charge it up to 50% in 30 minutes with a 96W adapter and cable that supports 100W charging. I have tried using a new Anker Prime Gan charger 100W with a new Anker 240W USB C cable but it’s charging at about 10% per hour. I’ve tried using different 100W adapters and using the MagSafe cable it came with but it atill charges at this really low rate. Guessing I should bring it back but anyone else had this problem before?
