PTPTN RM 300 campaign

Hi, I just want to ask a question regarding RM300 campaign that starting today until next Saturday. I understand that if I pay RM300, my arrears will be 0 which is now my arrears 4K and need to restructure. Is there anyone here who have experienced doing this because I heard there will be 'Kos Upah' which is cost much more expensive. Please assist. Thank you.
