Should I consider laser eye surgery?

After much deliberation, I recently purchased the two pairs of glasses shown. I can't help but feel that they look a little ridiculous, though.

I struggle to wear contact lenses because my eyelids are too sensitive. Should I just consider laser eye surgery, or do either of the glasses actually look reasonable?
