Reps WFH

Hi managers. Our work policy is WFH 1x a week for reps that are in good standing in terms of performance. Question I have - do you prefer your reps to tell you if they plan to WFH?

I prefer if my reps can let me know by evening the day before if they plan to WFH the next day but I find it challenging with one rep who doesn’t let me know their whereabouts.

Wondering what other managers are doing here - do they let you know or do you let them WFH without telling you and just figure it out yourself when you’re office if they’re in or not?
