How are you talking to your teams about the DEI executive order (US)?

An executive order hit all US government workers and government contractors last week, stating the companies shall eliminate all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs. We’re seeing things like pride groups and minority groups, disbanded. This is a huge switch from a month ago when leadership always touted diversity. Of course I want to avoid political debate in the workplace, but members of my team are feeling overwhelmed about it. How have you managed this so far? Any tips?
