Need to find this, small manga from a description!!

I saw this panel a bunch of times, but can't find it, it was like a Twitter, or mangadex kinda manga, 4 panels at most. It's a comedy, and I believe romance manga, it had a girl with spiral eyes, the overall design of the series, was about highschoolers. One panel I remember is, when the main girl, comes into the boys washroom, and sees her crush, the main boy, with wet hair, and asks to marry him or something, and blushes hard. I know it's not much details, but please help if you can!!
